Main Applications
- Mainly used as a flame-retardant plasticizer for engineering plastics and phenolic resin laminates;
- Used as a softener for synthetic rubber and as a raw material for producing trimethyl phosphate;
- Used for nitrocellulose and cellulose acetate, as a flame-retardant plasticizer, fire-resistant solvent, nitrocellulose lacquer, synthetic resin, impregnating agent for roofing paper, and as a camphor substitute in celluloid production.
