Main Applications

  • Primary plasticizer for 90℃ PVC cable insulation & sheathing, automotive wiring harness, excellent electrical resistance.

  • Used for automotive interior skins, dashboard, door trim, synthetic leather; low volatility, less blooming.

  • Roofing membrane, tarpaulin, banner film, PVC flooring, geomembrane; superior weathering & UV resistance.

  • Suitable for calendered artificial leather, coated textiles, flexible PVC tubes.

  • Plasticizer for anti-corrosion coatings, PVC sealants and elastic caulks.

Safety Precautions

- PPE: Safety goggles, nitrile gloves, protective clothing; respirator for spraying/misting. No eating, drinking or smoking at work.

- Handling: Keep away from heat, flame and strong oxidants. Maintain ventilation. Avoid release into waterways.

- Storage: Cool, dry, ventilated, tightly sealed. Separate from oxidizers, acids. Ground drums for static control.

- Fire: Combustible, releases toxic fumes. Extinguish with water spray, foam, dry powder or CO₂.

- Spill: Isolate area, collect liquid, absorb residual with sand/inert media. Prevent entry to drains. Dispose as hazardous waste.

- First aid: Fresh air for inhalation; remove contaminated clothes and rinse skin; flush eyes ≥15 min; rinse mouth, do NOT induce vomiting if swallowed.
