Separate Area: Products must be stored in a dry, well-ventilated, and separate area, physically isolated from other products (especially food and precision electronics).

Floor Protection: Use pallets as bases; never place products directly on the ground to prevent moisture absorption and facilitate handling.

Clear Labeling: Shelves or areas must display clear labels including: product name, risk warnings ("Caution: Keep away from dust," "Keep dry"), and a QR code indicating the MSDS location.

Environmental Control:  Strictly control warehouse temperature and humidity to prevent products from absorbing moisture and clumping, which affects quality and increases cleaning difficulty.

Stacking Standards: Follow the principle of "heavy items on top of lighter items." Stacking height must not exceed safety limits to prevent collapse.

Mandatory Requirements:  Operators must wear  dust masks (N95 standard), protective eyewear, and non-slip gloves.

Supervision and Management: Team leaders are responsible for daily checks on PPE wearing and this will be included in performance evaluations. Spare PPE must be readily available in the warehouse.

Handle with Care: Handle and unpack gently to prevent dust from being stirred up.

Do Not Roughly Unpack: Use specialized tools to open boxes to avoid tearing and spilling powder.

Cleaning Procedures: Pack or dispense products in a designated area equipped with a dust extraction system (or, if not, in a well-ventilated area).

Immediate Cleaning: Clean work surfaces and floors immediately after each packing operation using a vacuum cleaner, not a broom (brooms will stir up dust).

Inner Packaging: Use sturdy, airtight plastic or aluminum foil bags to ensure the product does not leak.

Outer Packaging: Use sufficiently strong cardboard boxes filled with cushioning materials (such as bubble wrap) to prevent damage during transportation due to compression or impact.

Warning Labels: Attach internationally recognized pictorial labels such as "Keep Dry" and "Upside Down" to the outer packaging. Consider adding custom labels such as "Chemicals" or "Keep Dry" to enhance professionalism and remind the logistics provider.
